You may not claim ownership, replicate, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any segment of our platform or services without express written permission from us. The platform services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding uninterrupted uptime or external payment gateway disruptions.

While we maintain industry-leading security and server standards, BoxSmartGlobal does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, timely, or completely error-free due to reliance on third-party mobile network operators and banking infrastructure. Compatibility should be managed via our official web platform or authorized mobile applications. 

You agree not to utilize BoxSmartGlobal for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any financial regulations or laws in your jurisdiction, country, or international law. Specifically, it is strictly prohibited to use this platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or transactions involving illicit materials.

Members are completely responsible for all activities, security pins, and transactions that occur under their account. You must immediately notify BoxSmartGlobal of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if fraudulent or prohibited behavior is detected.

All successfully processed wallet deposits, airtime purchases, bill payments, and transfers are final and non-refundable. Once a deposit or transaction is executed on the network, it cannot be reversed. You agree that once you complete a deposit or wallet funding transaction, you will not file an unauthorized dispute or a fraudulent chargeback against us.

If a groundless dispute or chargeback is filed against BoxSmartGlobal, we reserve the right to terminate all future transactions, freeze pending balances, and permanently ban your account from our platform. Fraudulent activities, including using unauthorized bank accounts or stolen cards, will lead to immediate account termination and reporting to financial regulatory authorities.

BoxSmartGlobal may occasionally offer promotional balances, bonuses, or referral incentives. We reserve the right to audit account balances and deduct promotional funds if any form of system abuse, exploitation, or multiple-accounting is detected. If an audit results in a negative account balance due to revoked promotional funds, the account will be automatically suspended until the balance is squared.
